Unfortunately, there are many inspectors out there who do not possess the proper certifications and/or the proper warranties and protection for their clients. Here at NextGen, our inspectors are fully licensed, certified and insured. We are members of the most credible inspector association in InterNachi (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). We go above & beyond for our clients to help them in this extremely fast paced market by providing same-day inspections, and reports delivered within less than 24 hrs. We even provide free pre-closing walk throughs to be there for our clients if they have any additional questions.

All of our inspections typically take two to three hours, depending on the service requested and square footage of the home.

We invite every home buyer or owner to attend the inspection. However, if your schedule does not permit attendance, you will still receive the same high level of service and a phone call to discuss the findings.
